At Dr. Anum Rafiq’s Conflict Resolution Services (1000035607 Ontario Inc.], we are committed to maintaining the highest standards of integrity and professionalism. We take all complaints seriously and aim to resolve them promptly and fairly.

How to File a Complaint:

1. Submission: Complaints must be submitted in writing via email to [email protected] with the subject line "Complaint Submission."

2. Acknowledgment: Complaints will be acknowledged within five (5) business days.

3. Investigation: We will conduct a thorough review, which may involve gathering further information from the complainant and relevant parties.

4. Resolution: A written response outlining the findings and any corrective actions will be provided within twenty (20) business days.

5. Appeal Process: If the complainant is dissatisfied with the resolution, they may request a formal appeal within ten (10) business days. All complaints will be handled confidentially and in accordance with applicable legal and professional requirements.

Money-Back Guarantee Policy: We strive to ensure that our training programs provide value to all participants. If a participant is unsatisfied, they may be eligible for a refund under the following conditions:

Eligibility for Refund:

· Requests must be made within 14 days of course purchase.

· Participants must not have accessed more than 25% of course materials.

· Refund requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected] with a clear reason for dissatisfaction.

· Refunds will be processed within 15 business days of approval.

This policy does not apply to participants who have completed the course, received certification, or failed to meet the outlined conditions.

Disability Discrimination Policy: We are committed to ensuring that our coaching program is accessible to all, including individuals with disabilities. We comply with the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA) and promote inclusivity in all aspects of our program.

Commitments:·

All participants, regardless of ability, will have equal access to course materials.

· Reasonable accommodations will be made upon request, including:

o Extended time for assignments

o Closed captions for video content

o Alternative formats for course materials

· No individual will be denied participation based on a disability.

· Discrimination complaints will be addressed in line with our Complaints Policy.

Requests for accommodations can be sent to [email protected] at least 10 business days before the start of the program.

1.4 Data Protection Policy: We prioritize the privacy and security of participant information in compliance with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).

Data Collection & Usage:

· We collect personal data (e.g., name, email, payment details) only for enrollment and certification purposes.

· Data is stored securely and only accessible to authorized personnel.

· We do not share participant information with third parties without explicit consent.

Participant Rights:

· Participants may request access to their personal data.

· Participants may request deletion of their data upon course completion.

· Data breach incidents will be reported to affected parties within 72 hours.

Health & Safety Policy: We are committed to providing a safe and healthy learning environment for all participants. This applies to in-person workshops and online learning environments.

Commitments:

· Physical Learning Spaces: Courses are online, however, if any in-person events are organized, venues will comply with Ontario Occupational Health and Safety Act (OHSA) regulations.

· Online Learning Environment: We ensure a safe virtual space free from harassment, discrimination, and technical accessibility barriers.

· Emergency Procedures: In-person participants will receive safety instructions for emergency situations.

· Mental Well-Being: Participants experiencing stress or emotional distress due to course content may request additional support.

· Any concerns should be reported via our Complaints Policy.
