• While coaching provides tools and insights, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes in your relationships. Success depends on your commitment, effort, and personal circumstances.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services.

• By booking a coaching session, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

• Our coaching is designed for individuals and couples who are open to personal development and constructive change.

3. Booking and Payments

3.1 Session Booking

• Coaching sessions must be booked in advance through the Website or other approved channels.

• You will receive confirmation of your booking via email.

3.2 Fees and Payments

• Coaching fees are listed on the Website and are subject to change.

• Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed upon.

• Payments are processed securely through third-party payment processors. We do not store your financial information.

3.3 Cancellation and Rescheduling

• If you need to reschedule or cancel a session, you must provide at least 24 hours’ notice.

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session may result in a forfeited session or a cancellation fee.
